The mission of the Consumer Education Program of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County is to prevent consumers from falling onto financial hardships from various types of fraud.

Prevention through education and information dissemination is a key to consumers becoming aware of how to avoid different consumer fraud situations.
