Welcome to the Eat Smart New York! Program
Eat Smart New York’s main goals are to help participants make their food dollar last longer, encourage the consumption of more fruits and vegetables and safe food handling.
Eat Smart New York attains these goals through a hands on, interactive series of workshops. Our classes include food preparation, and recipe sampling. These programs are free to Food Stamp recipients and applicants
