Some of you have mentioned an interest in having the 4-H Connects Kids to Cornell Display PDF available.  A few years ago we send CD’s with this PDF to counties so that you could have it printed locally if you wished.  I know that a few of you have expressed an interest in seeing it [...]

Blue Ribbon Youth Enrollment / ES237

Don’t forget to take a few minutes this month to run your Club and Member / Leader Reports.  Running monthly reports keeps you on top of things now rather than waiting until the end of the year to clean up files.  See http://nys4h-staff.cce.cornell.edu/BRYE.php  “Preparing Successful Statistical Reports” document page 2: Friday Afternoon Tasks.  Doing this monthly will make a big difference [...]

Gardening news

Educators have been requesting some simpler, more basic garden activities for Cloverbud aged children that can be done at any time of the year. In response to this, Leigh MacDonald-Ruzzo, the education coordinator for the Ithaca Children’s Garden, who also assists with our garden-based learning program, created a terrific activity — Turtle Sprouts.
