Legend is available.
Check out Cornell Vegetable Varieties for Gardeners site at: http://vegvariety.cce.cornell.edu/

Type legend in the search engine or browse for it under tomatoes.

Not certain yet about the availability of the others. But when we find a source we'll add them to http://vegvariety.cce.cornell.edu/

People in the area (Warren County in NE NY)are beginning to contact us with regard to where, when and how they can purchase tomato seeds that have resistance to Late blight, namely 'Mountain Magic,' but also 'Plum Regal,' and 'Legend.' Also, I have heard that the Mountain Magic tomato seeds may be in short supply for the 2010 growing season. Any information on both points would be greatly appreciated.

Cartoons opposite the message the video wants to communicate: copy of email sent to CCE Prof. Development Specialist

Dear Sarah Dayton,

I just finished watching the video on non-discrimination noted in the CCE horticultural e-newsletter...

Though the idea of it is great, I have a suggestion for improvement. The sections on age, gender and LEP non-discrimination all had nice photographs. The contrast of the cartoons used to depict people with disabilities is jarring and offensive. What message are we sending if we do not have, or do not use, attractive photos of people with disabilities?

I think the video is inappropriate to use as it currently is.

Sincerely
a currently able-bodied Extension Educator

thank you for this information. we live in southeastern ontario and have lost our tomatoes with a late blight. i did not know if eating the unaffected tomatoe was a health hazard or not. to-day i picked approx 1 and a half bussel of diseased tomatoes and gave them to our cattle to eat, i was very depressed about this. our garden area is very small what should i do next year plant tomatoes or not? any ideas? thank you again.

I have possibly a strange question regarding bees. My friend has a flagpole and the bees appear to extract honey from the flowers and deposit it on the flagpole. Could you give me an answer as to why the bees are doing this.

Both she and I are curious. Thank you
